Follow through, by text.

Tell MakeMyDay what matters — a workout, a call, time to write. It checks in so you actually do it, and works with your real calendar so it knows when you're free. All by text. No app to open, no nagging, no guilt.

Remind me to stretch at 7am on weekdays

Got it. I'll check in every weekday at 7.

Next morning

Time to stretch.

done

Nice one.

Thursday

Did you stretch? Reply DONE, SKIP, or SNOOZE.

skip

Skipped. I'll catch you at the next one.

If it helps: what got in the way? One word's fine, or ignore this.

mornings are packed

Got it — thanks for the note.

How it works

Tell it what matters

Text a commitment like you'd text a friend — "remind me to stretch at 7am weekdays."

It connects to your calendar

Link Google Calendar in one tap so it knows when you're actually free — and manage your schedule by text too.

What do I have tomorrow?

Team sync at 10, 1:1 with Jamie at 2. You're free after 3.

It checks in, so you follow through

A reminder, then a check-in: DONE, SKIP, or SNOOZE. Miss one? That's just information — never a guilt trip. Stuck? It helps you reshape the commitment instead of dropping it.

Did you stretch? Reply DONE, SKIP, or SNOOZE.

How long for each? And any time preferences?

Runs are 45 min, mornings. Meal prep is 2 hours, weekend. Report needs 3 hours, any afternoon.

Here's what I'd suggest:

  • Mon 6:30am — Run
  • Wed 6:30am — Run
  • Fri 6:30am — Run
  • Sat 10:00am — Meal prep
  • Tue 1:00–4:00pm — Quarterly report

Want to lock this in?

All set. You'll get a reminder and a check-in for each one.

MakeMyDay How am I doing?
Friday, 4:12 PM

How am I doing?

Here's how it's been going (last 8 weeks):

Morning run — 21 of 24.
Reading — 12 of 16.
Meal prep — 7 of 8.

You've been more consistent lately.

Longest stretch so far: 14 days.

What MakeMyDay is not

  • Not another app to check. It's a text conversation. Nothing to download, open, or remember.
  • Not a nag. Miss something and it won't ask why. Misses are information, not failure.
  • Not trying to out-schedule your phone. Your calendar can tell you what's next. MakeMyDay makes sure you actually follow through on what matters.
  • Not a habit tracker you'll quit in a week. No streak guilt, no dashboards, no charts to maintain. Just a check-in by text.

Frequently asked

How is this different from Google's Daily Brief or the new Siri?

They'll tell you what's on your calendar and can add events for you. Neither one texts you in the evening to ask whether you did the thing you said mattered — and neither does it without making you feel managed. MakeMyDay closes the loop: you commit, it checks in, and a miss is just information. That's the part your phone doesn't do.

Isn't this just reminders?

Reminders fire and forget. MakeMyDay follows up — it asks how it went with a simple DONE, SKIP, or SNOOZE, and a miss is just information, never a guilt trip. All by text, no app.

Do I have to connect my calendar?

It's better with it — connecting Google Calendar lets MakeMyDay see when you're actually free. But the follow-through loop works on its own if you'd rather not.

Is my calendar data secure? Who can see it?

Your calendar stays in your Google account. MakeMyDay connects through Google's official, secure authorization — it reads and writes events when you ask it to, but doesn't store your full calendar history on our servers. We never sell or share your data.

Will I get spam texts from MakeMyDay?

No. MakeMyDay only texts you when you text it first, or when you've explicitly opted into reminders, morning briefings, or check-ins. Reply STOP to any message to disable everything. Message frequency is whatever you make it.

What does the AI actually have access to?

MakeMyDay reads your incoming texts to figure out what you're asking for ("add gym at 5pm" → create an event), and it has read access to your Google Calendar so it can answer questions about your schedule. It does not touch your email, contacts, or other Google services. The AI that interprets your texts never sees more than that.

How do I cancel?

Reply STOP to any MakeMyDay text and you're unsubscribed immediately. Pro subscribers can cancel from the account page — billing stops at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. We don't make you call us or jump through hoops.

Does this work with non-Google calendars?

Not yet. MakeMyDay currently supports Google Calendar only. Outlook, iCloud, and Apple Calendar support are on the roadmap. If one of those is a dealbreaker for you, sign up for the waitlist and tell us which one — we prioritize by demand.

Tell MakeMyDay what matters — it'll make sure you follow through. Enter your number to start.
